Veda acquires Kingsway

We are pleased to announce that Kingsway Financial Assessments Pty Limited (Kingsway) has been acquired by Veda Group Limited (Veda).   Veda is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX:VED) and is the largest provider of credit information and analysis in Australia.

We see Veda as a natural home for our business. The transaction will allow us to increase capabilities, maintain our high level of customer service and offer greater value to our client base though Veda’s extensive range of products and services.

Our management team and staff shall remain with the business and report prices and contact details will remain unchanged. Kingsway will continue to trade under its ABN 43 074 731 374.
